Welcome to Make & Do Crew! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Make & Do Crew website, including our online store, digital products, physical products, services, and related content (collectively, the "Services").

Throughout these Terms, "Make & Do Crew," "we," "our," and "us" refer to Make & Do Crew, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company.

By accessing or using our Services, placing an order, downloading digital products, creating an account, or otherwise using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of our website.

1. Eligibility

You may use our Services only if you are legally able to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.

By placing an order, you represent that:

• you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with your order;

You do not need to create an account to place an order, although certain features of our website may allow you to create one. If you choose to create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity occurring under your account.

2. Our Products

Make & Do Crew currently offers both Physical Products and Digital Products.

Physical Products

Physical Products include crochet hooks and any other physical merchandise we may offer in the future.

We make every effort to display colors, materials, and product images as accurately as possible. However, because screen settings vary from device to device, we cannot guarantee that the colors displayed on your screen will perfectly match the product you receive.

Many of our products are intentionally produced in small batches using materials that naturally vary in appearance. Minor differences in color, pattern, marbling, or other aesthetic characteristics are part of the product's unique nature and are not considered defects.

Digital Products

Digital Products include crochet patterns, PDFs, downloadable guides, tutorials, videos, and other digital content.

All Digital Product purchases are licensed—not sold—to you for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

Because Digital Products are immediately accessible after purchase, all Digital Product sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Customers may re-download previously purchased Digital Products through their account or purchase history, subject to availability and reasonable access limitations.

3. Orders, Pricing & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, violate these Terms, or cannot be fulfilled.

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, pricing, and availability are accurate. However, errors occasionally occur.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price or contains inaccurate information due to a typographical error, technical issue, pricing error, or other mistake, we reserve the right to correct the error and cancel or refuse any affected order, regardless of whether the order has already been confirmed or payment has been processed.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will promptly issue a refund using the original payment method.

Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes will be calculated during checkout where required by law.

4. Shipping

Shipping estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.

While we work hard to process and ship orders promptly, delivery dates may be affected by carrier delays, weather events, customs processing, holidays, supply chain disruptions, or circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

Risk of loss and title for Physical Products passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided with your order.

It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect address provided by the customer or because the package was unclaimed, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.

International Orders

International customers are solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, tariffs, and other governmental charges associated with importing products into their country.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges collected during checkout unless expressly stated otherwise.

Make & Do Crew has no control over these fees and cannot estimate their amount.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or other governmental agencies.

5. Returns, Warranty & Order Changes

We want you to be delighted with every purchase you make from Make & Do Crew.

Our Physical Products are backed by separate Return and Warranty Policies, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Returns

Eligible Physical Products may be returned in accordance with our Return Policy.

Our Return Policy explains, among other things:

• which purchases qualify for returns;

• return timeframes;

• return conditions;

• how refunds are calculated;

• how bundle purchases are handled;

• how to initiate a return.

Please review our Return Policy before requesting a return.

Digital Products are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Warranty

Our Physical Products are covered by our limited craftsmanship warranty as described in our Warranty Policy.

• eligibility requirements.

Except as expressly stated in our Warranty Policy, all products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Because orders are transmitted to our fulfillment warehouse shortly after they are placed, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled once submitted.

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@makeanddocrew.com.

If an order has already entered processing or fulfillment, we may be unable to make any changes.

If an order is returned because an incorrect shipping address was provided or because the shipment was refused or unclaimed, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.

6. Intellectual Property

Everything on our website—including our crochet patterns, digital downloads, videos, blog posts, photographs, graphics, product descriptions, logos, branding, product names, crochet hook designs, packaging, website design, text, software, and other content (collectively, our "Content")—is owned by Make & Do Crew or licensed to us and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.

Your purchase of a product does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights.

Digital Product License

When you purchase a Digital Product, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use that Digital Product for your own personal, non-commercial use.

Unless we expressly provide written permission, you may not:

• share purchased Digital Products with others;

• email or distribute Digital Products;

• upload Digital Products to websites, forums, cloud storage services, social media, or file-sharing platforms;

• resell, sublicense, or redistribute Digital Products in any format;

• copy substantial portions of our written instructions, photography, or educational materials;

• create derivative works based primarily on our Digital Products;

• remove copyright notices or identifying information.

Commercial Use

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the individual product listing or through a separate written license agreement, our crochet patterns and Digital Products are licensed for personal use only.

Commercial production using our patterns is prohibited without our prior written permission.

Crochet Hook Designs

Our products, including their design, appearance, packaging, branding, and related intellectual property, may be protected by patents, patent applications, copyrights, trademarks, trade dress, or other intellectual property rights. Unauthorized copying or commercial exploitation of these rights is prohibited.

7. User Content

We love seeing what you create.

If you submit reviews, comments, testimonials, photos, videos, social media posts, or other content to us (collectively, "User Content"), you retain ownership of your original content.

However, by submitting User Content to Make & Do Crew, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, publish, display, modify, adapt, distribute, and promote that content in connection with our business.

This includes, for example:

• our website;

• emails;

• advertisements;

• social media;

• printed materials;

• product pages;

• educational materials.

Where practical, we may credit you by your first name, username, or social media handle, but we are not obligated to do so.

You represent that:

• you own the rights to the User Content you submit or have permission to share it;

• your submission does not infringe another person's rights;

• your submission is not unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, or misleading.
